- Interior Lighting:
The most obvious and worthwhile energy conservation measure. Replacing old T12 style lamps with T8 or T5 lamps can yeild a very short payback period. - Exterior Lighting:
LED and Induction lighting technologies have come a long way in a short time. Utilizing these technologies can reduce energy costs by up to half, and practically eliminate maintenance costs due to their 70,000 to 100,000 hour lamp life. - HVAC:
Building owners can maximize savings in heating, cooling, and ventilating a building by installing efficient equipment and control systems. Variable refridgerant flow heat pump systems are the most efficient in meeting the diverse needs of commercial buildings. Energy recovery ventilators temper the incoming ventilation air, allow smaller equipment to be installed, and reduce the energy consumed.
