- Buildings:
Post-Frame Buildings are a standard design service offered by SVA. The engineers work with the owner and builder to design the building, obtain plan approval from the building department, and field services during construction. SVA is familiar with the most cost effective methods for construction and building code requirements. - Waste Storage Structures:
Swiss Valley Associates began designing concrete manure tanks based on the research and publications by the Iowa State University Midwest Plan Service. These designs are functional, durable, and economical. SVA is registered with the National Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) as a Technical Service Provider (TSP). The farmer can be reimbursed for design and construction inspection costs by using a TSP for projects partially funded by the NRCS. - Grain Handling:
Swiss Valley Associates creates project drawings for building department plan approval. These drawings may include a site plan, grain bin details, grain bin foundations, structural details, tower foundations, and electrical plans. These structures can be drawn in AutoCAD 3D to provide accurate and realistic construction drawings.
