Discuss project with owner, create plans and specifications for design and restoration, obtain any necessary approvals, site and foundation design and repair, and evaluate strength of existing structural members and adequacy in proposed use, design for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. - Construction Management:
Develop and maintain schedule and budget for restoration, contract necessary firms for specific areas of work, direct and inspect progress of restoration, and track materials and cost. SVA has a network of craftsmen to complete your project.
